What I didn't expect to find in London

Hello 

A few weeks ago, we joined leaders from around the world at the Alpha Leadership Conference in London.  

I've been back for weeks and I keep waiting to feel ready to summarize it.  I'm not sure that's coming.
 

What I can tell you is that among 400 leaders from six continents and across every kind of difference you can imagine I witnessed something I haven't experienced at that scale before. 

We talk about being an Easter people.  

But we witnessed something different:  Pentecost people.  

That distinction has been working on me ever since.
