How We Work
Your community already has programs, committed people, and a full calendar. The harder question is whether that activity is helping people encounter Jesus, respond to him, and learn to follow him.
That is where we begin.
We listen.
We begin with what is happening in your community: what you have tried, where you see fruit, and where people are tired. We listen for what needs to change – and what makes that change difficult.
Then, we pray and discern with you.
Together, we attend to what the Holy Spirit is already doing in your community and what he may be asking next. We look at where people are growing in faith, where they need accompaniment, and what your leaders need to respond.
We do not know the answers before we meet you.
We help you take the next faithful step.
That might mean helping your team proclaim the Gospel more clearly, strengthening leaders in their own discipleship, or developing ways to accompany people after a retreat, small group, or sacramental preparation.
We do not arrive with the answers already decided. We work with your people, history, gifts, and constraints so your leaders grow in their ability to carry the mission forward.
Who We Work With
We work with Catholic clergy, parish and school leaders, diocesan staff, and leadership teams. Sometimes we accompany an individual leader; sometimes we work with a parish staff or diocesan team.
In each setting, we begin with the people they serve and the particular challenges of helping them grow as disciples.
Questions we work through together
How do we help people encounter Jesus when they have spent years learning about the faith without ever realizing that relationship with him was possible?
How do we help people recognize where God is calling them to share their faith—and prepare them to respond?
What do we need to stop doing so that we can give time and attention to raising up disciples?
How do we recognize the people God is already working in and trust the Holy Spirit enough to send them without making endless formation a prerequisite for mission?
These are the kinds of questions we stay with, even when the answers take time.
We work best with leaders who are willing to look honestly at what is happening in their community, pray about what the Holy Spirit may be asking of them, and make changes when the mission demands it.

We offer retreats, speaking, team formation, and ongoing accompaniment. We shape the work around your community and help you consider what comes next, so a gathering connects to the continuing work of forming disciples.
